Return Policy At Electrons Remart, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy ensures a smooth and straightforward process for you.
Eligibility for Returns To return any products:
All returns must be in original packaging with all accessories, cords, adaptors, and documentation. Items must be undamaged and in good working condition with no alterations to hardware or software. You have 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to exchange/replace. In case of a refund, it will be initiated to your original payment method within 72 hours once the product is received at our facility. Reverse pick-up for the product will be arranged. All categories of products such as Refurbished/ Brand New/ Open Box are eligible under this policy. All products such as Laptops/ Desktops/ Servers/ Workstation/ Accessories are eligible under this policy. Return cost will be borne by us.
Steps for Returning a Product The return policy is simple:

Step 2: State your reason and the necessary details of the product/s.
Packing Instructions for Fragile Items Use the original packaging provided with the product whenever possible. Securely wrap the item with bubble wrap or protective materials to cushion it. Place the wrapped item in a sturdy box with packing peanuts or foam to minimize movement during transit. Clearly label the package as FRAGILE to ensure careful handling.

Inspection and Approval Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Our team may take up to 3-4 business days to process the return and confirm whether the product is eligible for a refund/replacement. If approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Cancellation of Order: Before Shipment & Refund You have the option to cancel your order placed with us only if your product has not yet been shipped. Once the product has been dispatched, we will not entertain any cancellation requests. To cancel your order, please follow the process outlined below:

Select the cancellation tab. Once a cancellation request is successfully submitted on our website/app following the aforementioned process, your order will be considered cancelled. If the order was prepaid, the amount will be refunded to you as per our Refund Policy. In rare circumstances, we may initiate an order cancellation request. These situations may include: • Product out of stock with Electrons Remart.
• Restrictions on the quantity of products as per Terms & Conditions of any offer/discount. • Incorrect pricing or product description.
• Suspicion of payment fraud by our Credit & Fraud Avoidance Department.
• Incorrect or incomplete buyer’s address.
• Any other unforeseeable circumstances. You acknowledge that failure to complete the order within the stipulated time frame will not automatically result in its cancellation if the delay is due to circumstances beyond our control. Cancellation requests cannot be entertained once your order is prepared for shipment.Once the product is opened or the service is deemed delivered, cancellation of the order will not be permitted. However, you may still be eligible to claim warranty benefits in accordance with our warranty policy.
All refunds are subject to internal verification, and in the case of any product returns, we reserve the right to issue full or partial refunds based on the product’s condition.
